Shipping Services

Our 5 Star Service - Keeps you informed every step of the way.

1. Order Received: when we receive your order, you will receive an auto-response email message, confirming your order was successful.

2. Picked & Packed: your order will now been forwarded to the warehouse where the item(s) will be picked, packed and shipped. Should any part of the order be out of stock, you will be emailed, advising that your order or part order is short, with the expected dispatch schedule.

3. Payment Authentication: we use World Pay secure authorisation to complete the bank transfer and verify payment, an email is forwarded confirming payment has been received.

4. Order Shipped: once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will be emailed, advising that your goods have been dispatched, included is a tracking number, which allows you to track your package’s progress with our carrier.

5. Tracking: once your goods are in transit you can easily track their progress; simply enter your tracking number in the boxes provided (home page, etc.) or click the emailed number-link, to view the status of you parcel in-real-time, right to your door.

Note: Once goods have been dispatched we cannot alter delivery instructions.
